In the footsteps of Jesus – in the Galilee

Drive through the hills of Galilee to Nazareth, hometown of Jesus. Explore the Basilica of the Annunciation, built on the site where the Angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she would give birth to Jesus. Drive to Mount of Precipice –the site where Jesus leaped from the hill after being chased from the Synagogue. From the top, a beautiful view of the Jezreel valley.

Pass Canna where Jesus performed his first miracle, turning water into wine, Descend to visit Tabgha, located on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus preformed the Miracle of Loaves and Fishes. Visit Capernaum considered the center of the ministry of Jesus. See the 4th century synagogue and St. Peter’s house. Ascend to Mount of the Beatitude, where Jesus preached the famous Sermon on the Mount.
