Caesarea, Haifa, Acre, Rosh Hanikra


We will begain our tour in Caesarea, the ancient port city founded by king Herod during the Roman Period dedicated to Augustus Ceasar. Visit the Roman Theater,Herods palace, hippodrome, sea port,  the Bysantine excavations along the Mediterranean shore, and the remains of the Crusader city .

Drive north along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea to Haifa. Stand on top of Mount Carmel for a scenic overlook of the Haifa Bay ,the Spectacular  Bahai Gardens and shrine, one of the holiest sites of the Bahai religion.

Continue to Rosh Hanikra on the northern border with Lebanon. Ascending via cable car to visit the limestone grottos created by the sea.

Proceed to Acre (Akko), visit the Crusader underground city, the Knight Halls and the Crypt. Walk through the old city, see the local bazaar and the old port.
